The Goodlett Cemetery is located in western Hardeman County approximately ten miles west of Quanah, TX.  The cemetery is an attractive part of Texas and Hardeman County History.  It is dedicated to the pioneers that worked the land and raised their families in the area.  The earliest marker in the cemetery is dated 1892, however there may have been earlier burials. The cemetery was established in the early 1900s and is officially recognized by the Texas Historical Commission as a Historic Texas Cemetery.  The cemetery was awarded a Texas State Historical Marker on December 28, 1998. The Goodlett Cemetery Association, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was established in 1947.

The grounds are maintained by a memorial trust fund.
